Shipping is controlled by you.

  • GNG Artisans Shipping is an option for local customers who purchase repeatedly.
  • Local Pickup is an option available for anyone willing to drive to us to pick up their order.
  • Free Shipping 120 to anywhere in the continental US is available for orders of $120 or more spent on a single invoice.
  • USPS and all their categories are available at check out
  • You pick what works for you.

How do we ship your order?

  • Shipped orders are based on the shipping option selected in our ‘Shipping is controlled by you’ section.
  • All orders to be shipped are packaged in a shipping container acceptable by USPS or alternate carrier if one is needed for your order.
  • USPS shipped orders are trackable from the time they leave our facility until they are delivered to you.  We utilize the USPS service to notify you of the shipping and tracking information, making your email needed for this process.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

  • Your shipping costs are determined by the service you choose from the available options at check out and the weight of the total order. Once items are added to your cart our system will display the estimated shipping costs.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address from my billing address?

  • Absolutely!  
  • If you are placing your order online just indicate your shipping address in the appropriate fields.  If we have the correct contact information for you and we have a question we will ask you.

Do you ship outside the United States?

  • Yes, we use USPS International Mail.  This mail service is available if the address you are shipping to is available.  If the address you are using to ship to is not available to USPS International, we will ship the order to you.

Can you ship to PO Boxes, what about APO and FPO addresses?

  • We use the US Postal Service (USPS) for shipping therefore we can ship to PO Boxes, as well as APO and FPO addresses.  All orders going to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS and are not trackable.
  • APO, FPO facts please review online for current USPS policy - Always use the APO or FPO address, without the name of the city and country.   This is to make sure the item is handled in the military mail system instead of the international mail system.
